3 BODY QIGONG- SUMMER SESSION


Summertime is upon us!  Time to get out in the sun, in the water, into the forest, and into your heart. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the organ we support in summer is our heart.  Did you know that the heart is considered the king of all organs? This means that all the other organs will sacrifice for the Heart. In other words, they will always give their energy to help the heart maintain its balance.   That is why we will practice movements for balancing our heart energy as well as our usual weekly full-body movements.  (preventive maintenance). Practicing 3 Body Qigong for summer can offer you a way to keep your heart energy healthy and balanced, for a peaceful, loving, and joyful summer!

You do not need to have your own Zoom account. The classes will be recorded in case you miss them or want to practice the following week. A replay link will be sent out the day after each class and available to watch for one week. Zoom live or practice with the recorded class from wherever you are!
