3 BODY QIGONG – WHAT IS THAT?

3 Body Qigong is a mind/body practice based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining Korean Tao, energy healing practices and sound/music meditation. It combines body tapping, stretching, breathwork, and meditation. These movements help to increase your vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level and bring you to a more peaceful place in your heart and mind. I hope you will join us and take the leap. WHAT ARE WE PRACTICING IN THIS SESSION?

Staying Grounded From the Inside > Out

At this time of year, earth energy is very powerful as nature starts awakening from its winter slumber and begins to expand and grow. Keeping a strong center is especially important at this time of year to stay balanced and grounded physically and emotionally.
We will focus on movements to strengthen your lower dantian and meridian stretches to strengthen and balance the flow of energy throughout your body.  We will continue to practice feeling and moving energy, body tapping, and music meditation.  See these classes as preventive maintenance for your body and mind! Zoom live or practice with the recorded class from wherever you are! You do not need to have your own Zoom account.

All ages are welcome. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).
