3 Body Qigong - Healthy Body-Happy Heart Series... SPRING SESSION


As we March into Spring, let’s move forward with a positive plan to improve our health and find a place of peace and happiness within. Our practice in this session will focus on winter and spring movements, as we come out of our hibernation of winter and look to ground ourselves, physically and emotionally for spring.

This session will begin with a workshop that will focus on the question, what is Qi and what is the meaning of gong? We will explore how Qigong is connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as a healing tool to help keep us balanced and in a state of harmony. You will get a better perspective of why we do certain movements seasonally and how you are a part of the natural world.  The workshop will be followed by 7 weeks of classes to help you go deeper into the 3 body practice:  Physical body, energy body, and spiritual body.

The workshop; will include lecture and an instructional qigong class.

The classes:   7 weeks of full 3 Body Qigong practice to create a positive habit in your daily life.  The classes will include body tapping, meridian stretching, feeling and balancing your energy, and music meditation.

Classes:  Wednesday evenings 6:30pm-7:30pm March 15, 22, 29  April 5, 12, 19, 26 

NOTE: If you are unable to attend the Zoom classes or wish to practice more, all classes are recorded and available for one week. The workshop will not be recorded.
