This workshop will explore different ways of meditating and moving using music and sound to help bring you into a more peaceful place while balancing your body's energy. We will learn about how sound affects your body & mind and how to practice qigong movements, standing, seated, still, and moving meditation. Discover what music or sound works best as a healing tool for you to bring you to a more balanced and peaceful place. For all ages.
