3 BODY QIGONG FOR SUMMER

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, from which Qigong emerged, we now enter the season of Summer.  The organ associated with Summer is the heart.  This is the king of all organs!  Were you aware that other organs will sacrifice and give their energy to help the heart maintain its balance?  In this new summer session, we will focus on movements to keep the heart in balance, as well as our other organs.  This practice will help you maintain a healthy body, peaceful mind, and loving heart.  

What is 3 Body Qigong? This practice is a  combination of stretching, breathwork, and meditation, based on ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine, mixed with Korean Tao and healing practices. These movements help to increase your vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level and bring you to a more peaceful place in your heart and mind. All classes will include warm-ups, meridian stretching, energy practice, and meditation.

All ages welcome. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).

NOTE:  I created a discounted 7-week series price to encourage you to continue practicing so you can begin to go deeper and feel the benefits of qigong.  Commit to the full series and you will receive a discounted rate of $75 for 7 classes AND all classes will be recorded in case you miss them or want to practice the following week. A replay link will be sent out the day after each class and available to watch for one week. Zoom live or practice with the recorded class from wherever you are!
