3 Body Qigong for Health & Healing 7 Week Sprinter Session (Zoom)


Our next practice session I call Sprinter, since we are at the end of winter but not yet Spring. We will again, practice preventive maintenance for our physical bodies and peace and happiness for our heart/minds. For those of you who have been practicing, I hope you will continue so that you can keep your body and mind strong and healthy. If you are new to this, it’s a simple practice yet very beneficial. Give it a try!

3 Body Qigong is a combination of stretching, breathwork, and meditation, based in ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine, mixed with Korean Tao and healing practices. These movements help to increase your vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level and bring you to a more peaceful place in your heart and mind. All classes will include warm-ups, stretching, energy practice, and meditation. All ages welcome.

Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).

NOTE: The classes will be recorded in case you miss them or want to practice the following week. A replay link will be sent out the day after each class and available to watch for one week. Zoom live or practice with the recorded class from wherever you are!
