BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM: QIGONG STRETCHING


Every Monday from 6:00pm-7:00pm

This class will focus on your 3 bodies, your physical, energy, and spiritual bodies. By stretching your upper and lower body you will tune your muscles and ligaments, improve the flow of energy throughout your body and bring your mind into a peaceful state. Consider this preventive maintenance for your body and mind. For all ages. We will be standing, seated, and on the floor so please bring a mat.

This class will be offered by Qigong for Inner Peace online. Please register in advance. About 30 minutes before class you will receive an emailed invitation with the login link and/or phone number.  Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins so that we may begin (and end) on time.  If you register close to class start we will email you the link as quickly as possible.
