The ancient practice of Qigong is about cultivating the qi within you and around you. I like to call this class, “preventive maintenance.” Learn some movements that will help energize your body and mind. Class will include, meridian stretching, body tapping and meditation. If you're feeling tired, stressed, emotionally down or just not moving your body enough, this class is for you. Wear comfortable cloths and have a mat. We will be doing standing, laying on a mat and/or seated on the mat or in a chair. All ages welcome.
This class will be offered by Circles of Wisdom, online through a Zoom meeting. Please register in advance. About an hour before class you will receive an emailed invitation with the login link and/or phone number. You do not need to have your own Zoom account. If you register close to class start we will email you the invitation as quickly as possible.
