Join us this summer as we practice 3 Body Qigong seasonal practice designed to support our heart energy—the Fire element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This seasonal class helps cultivate balance between heart and mind, encouraging joy, calm, and emotional stability.

Through flowing movements and mindful breath, we’ll support circulation, digestion, and overall well-being while offering full-body preventive maintenance. Leave feeling grounded, open-hearted, and refreshed—ready to enjoy the season with ease and vitality.  This is the time to get out in nature so know that you can take this practice with you (the class video as well) when you are on vacation or just wandering the woods or the beach.

Before our 7-week series begins, I am offering a special instructional class that will feature the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Five Element Theory, and how they apply to you in this summer practice.  You will learn new summer movements that we will be practicing in the upcoming session, as well as fine-tuning our weekly foundational practice. To support your transition into the summer season, I’ll share some lifestyle tips and dietary recommendations to help keep your body and mind balanced and energized.

What is 3 Body Qigong?

3 Body Qigong is a mind/body practice based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining Korean Tao, modern Qigong practices, energy healing practices, and sound/music meditation. It combines body tapping, stretching, breath work, and meditation to improve the flow of energy throughout your body. These movements help increase vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level, as well as bring one to a more peaceful and relaxed state of mind. I hope you will join us and take the leap.
