3 BODY QIGONG -March into Spring - Class Description

As we March into Spring, let’s move forward with a positive plan to improve our health and find a place of peace and happiness within. This session will focus on winter and spring movements. As we come out of our winter hibernation, we look to ground ourselves, preparing for the explosion of energy as the earth begins to wake up in spring. This is a time we can feel like we are sleepwalking, physically and emotionally, trying to shake off the heaviness of winter and longing for spring. Eat well, rest well, and practice 3 Body Qigong. It’s all preventive maintenance for your body!

What is 3 Body Qigong?

3 Body Qigong is a mind/body practice based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining Korean Tao, modern qigong practices, energy healing practices, and sound/music meditation. It combines body tapping, stretching, breathwork, and meditation to improve the flow of energy throughout your body. These movements help increase vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level as well as bring one to a more peaceful and relaxed state of mind.  I hope you will join us and take the leap. All ages are welcome. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).
