3 BODY QIGONG for Fall - Class Description

In this next 7-week session, we will continue to practice our basic warm-ups and movements (body tapping/meridian stretching/practice feeling energy and music/sound or still meditation). We will add specific movements to help balance and harmonize our lungs and large intestines, organs associated with the Fall season according to Traditional Chinese Medicine seasonal practice. The whole class will serve as preventive maintenance to help keep your physical and energy bodies operating efficiently by keeping your immune system healthy and strong. Through breathwork and meditation, you will find a peaceful place inside yourself and bring a smile to your face and peace in your heart.

WHAT IS 3 BODY QIGONG?

3 Body Qigong is a mind/body practice based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining Korean Tao, modern qigong practices, energy healing practices, and sound/music meditation. It combines body tapping, stretching, breathwork, and meditation to improve the flow of energy throughout your body. These movements help increase vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level as well as bring one to a more peaceful and relaxed state of mind.  I hope you will join us and take the leap.
