3 Body Qigong - Fall to Winter Practice


Our next 3 Body Qigong session will focus on our transition from Fall to Winter, focusing on the Traditional Chinese Medicine seasonal practice. We will practice movements to help strengthen our Kidneys and Gallbladder as well as an assortment of movements, and meditations we have practiced all year for our body and mind. 3 Body Qigong will help winterize your body and keep it healthy and strong while creating a more peaceful loving heart and mind. All ages are welcome. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).

What is 3 Body Qigong?

This practice is a combination of stretching, breathwork, and meditation, based on ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine, mixed with Korean Tao and healing practices. These movements help to increase your vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level and bring you to a more peaceful place in your heart and mind. All classes will include warm-ups, meridian stretching, energy practice, and meditation.

NOTE: The classes will be recorded in case you miss them or want to practice the following week. A replay link will be sent out the day after each class and available to watch for one week. Zoom live or practice with the recorded class from wherever you are!

This class will be offered online through a Zoom meeting. Please register at least an hour in advance. About an hour before class you will receive an emailed invitation with the login link and/or phone number.
