"Music is sound, and sound can be used to create silence.” ~ Osho
This workshop will explore different ways of meditating, using music and sound to bring you into a more peaceful healthy state. We are all energetic beings vibrating at our own frequency, right down to our cells. So how is this vibration we call music, useful in helping us meditate? This class will explore that question as we practice standing and seated meditation, moving and still meditation and you will experience which music or sound works best as a meditation tool for YOU. For current meditators, explore new ways to enhance your practice. If you haven’t meditated before, this is a great way to begin. For all ages. No mat necessary.
Here is what some folks had to say about the workshop:

and enrich it."
