3 Body Qigong - Learn A Practice Of Health & Healing for Body, Heart-Mind and Spirit


3 Body Qigong is a combination of practices I learned over the years. It combines, Traditional Chinese medicine principles (qigong) with Korean Tao practice and ancient Do-in. I look forward to sharing this system of health and healing with you. Any questions please contact me.

Class One: Introduction to 3 Body Qigong – 4 Week Series of Self-Care

This introductory class will be a prelude to understanding the practice of Qigong in the classes that will follow in this series. In this class, we will address these questions: What is Qigong? What is 3 Body Qigong? How does it help me? Why I should practice it? The class will include some Qigong movements that we will be using in the next 3 classes with an explanation as to how they contribute to your overall physical, mental, and spiritual health. Please bring a mat. For all ages.

Class Two: Strengthening Physical & Energy Bodies (Power up your Dantian)

This class will focus on the importance of our lower dantian (2nd chakra), the foundation for our energy practice. This area is vital to helping ground you emotionally, build power in your lower abdomen (core), and balance your energy body. Discover how to strengthen your body! In addition to our lower dantian work, we will also add some warm-up movements & stretching, practice feeling energy, and meditation. Please bring a mat. For all ages.

Class Three: Improving Energy Flow (Meridian Stretching)

This class will focus on improving the flow of energy in your body. Learn how stretching your upper and lower body will open your meridian channels, allowing the energy to circulate throughout your body more efficiently, making your organs, muscles, and ligaments more supple. This practice is important in boosting the efficiency of your immune system and bringing your mind into a peaceful state. Consider this preventive maintenance for your body and mind. For all ages. We will be standing, seated, and on the floor so please bring a mat.

Class Four: Creating A Daily Practice

We will end this series by putting together a daily practice that best suits your own needs, a practice you can do on your own. We will review all that we have learned, and you will create a Qigong practice for yourself.
