Qigong Meditation & Story Circle


Every Wednesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm (Last class April 14)

Join our weekly gathering as we practice “preventive maintenance” for our body, mind and spirit. Through simple qigong movements, meditation and a zen/inspirational story, you will learn to feel energy in your body (and around you) which in turn will help you travel to a more heart centered place of peace and happiness. Practice each week and feel the change! This class is for all ages and can be done standing and/or seated.

This class will be offered online through Circles of Wisdom on Zoom. Please register in advance. About an hour before class you will receive an emailed invitation with the login link and/or phone number.
