Qigong Meditation and Story Circle - Wednesdays 7:00pm


As we navigate through the outer world in these challenging times, many of us have experienced fear, anxiety, anger, stress or other negative emotions. This class will look to offer you a way to see your inner world as a respite for peace and clarity. We will practice qigong movements including body tapping and meridian stretching as well as meditation and a zen/inspirational story to help us see the world from a more heart centered view. This class is for all ages.  Please bring a mat.
