3 BODY QIGONG FOR FALL - Class Description
As the Fall season arrives, there is a chill in the air, and the leaves begin to turn their beautiful colors before making their way down to the earth. We, like nature, travel through Fall before making our way into the deep sleep of Winter. This is the time of year when many of us get colds, flu, or respiratory issues. Our Fall 7-week seasonal practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) will focus on learning new movements to help balance and harmonize our lungs and large intestines, the organs associated with this season. As always, we will continue our regular, preventive maintenance movements to keep our bodies healthy and our minds peaceful.
All ages are welcome. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).

What is 3 Body Qigong?
3 Body Qigong is a mind/body practice based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining Korean Tao, modern Qigong practices, energy healing practices, and sound/music meditation. It combines body tapping, stretching, breath work, and meditation to improve the flow of energy throughout your body. These movements help increase vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level, as well as bring one to a more peaceful and relaxed state of mind. I hope you will join us and take the leap. These Classes Are For Everyone. All Levels.
What some folks have said about 3 Body Qigong classes:
“Since starting Qigong with David during the pandemic, my health has improved. I am more flexible, I can breathe deeper, my core has been strengthened, and I love the meditations. I would highly recommend this class as David has a wonderful teaching style.”
“What a worthwhile hour spent rejuvenating and clearing energy. I didn’t know what Qigong was when I signed up for it, but I felt welcomed and comfortable, and after, I felt both relaxed and a sense of well-being.”
"David has a consistent calming, engaging, and caring style of teaching, which allows any level of student to enjoy his class. I’m very grateful to have access to his class from the comfort of my Zoom classroom. "
"I appreciate how David crafts each class. He adds something different to every class. He is mindful of the diversity of the group and offers other poses when someone might not be able to do one. I also enjoyed how he added a few minutes of "free movements" and a short meditation towards the end of the class. He always has time for questions at the end of the session."
