3 Body Yoga Classes are NOT in the tradition of  Indian Yoga. There is some overlap in stretching and breathing but the practice is based in modern Korean Sundo, QiGong, energy yoga and Tai Chi.  The meditation parts can be visual, moving or journeying, seated or standing.  These classes, when continuously practiced will be really good preventive maintenance  for your physical and energy bodies, which will then, in turn, help you to grow your heart and spirit.
